SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

Keynote: The State of the Real Estate Market
Description: Alumni will give an overview of the Real Estate Industry, and discuss how R/E fits into the overall world of Finance, and how their roles fit into the world of R/E.

Breakout 1: Real Estate Private Equity and Lending
Description: Alumni will discuss the financial aspects of Real Estate and show how funding plays a critical role in Real Estate. They will also cover the skills needed to succeed in this part of the field.

Breakout 2: Real Estate Development and Leasing
Description: Alumni will discuss how buildings move from concept to a revenue producing investment. This session will also cover the skills needed to succeed as a developer or leasing agent.
